Tuesday

Yesterday, Monday, we attended two Family Home Evenings, this is our usual Monday night activity.  First we went to the Senior Missionary FHE at the Grant Building at BYUH.  Since the Jenkins, our friends and co-missionaries in our YSA Branch are leaving next week this was their Aloha Oui.  They spoke then had us do a sing along with them, it was hilarious, but I can't even describe it.  Take my word for it.  Each verse was what happens in Oahu and then the next what happens on the mainland...5 verses of this hilarious song. Then we also had another couple leaving that we didn't know.  He was Hawaiian and sang a bit for us while playing the ukulele.

Then we went over to our YSA Branch where we played with Play Doh.  We were in teams of two and everyone was assigned something to make, and then they were judged.  We won the first round with our "carrot cake". Categories were cakes, shusi, and Mexican food.

Today we had a District meeting so I took cinnamon rolls again and a gallon of milk for 8 Elders.  Then we ran into Pearl City for Ramon's shot in the eye then Costco and back home.  Tonight we met up with Carrie and Karla Peterson, their brother William and Karly for dinner at Pounders restaurant.  It was fun, it's been a long time since we've visited.  Time just goes by and we need to enjoy friendships more often.  They are here for a couple of weeks enjoying paradise.
