Friday

We had a meeting today with our two Zone Leaders and our two Sisters assigned to our Sunset Branches.  The came home and made a visit to see Kloe Ann and Charles.  I talked her into going to Stake Conference with us Sunday.

Then I decided to spend an hour at Sunset Beach, upping my tan, not thinking it through....think I got heat stroke, barely made it home to collapse and get in a cold shower.  I guess I'm used to getting hot and then jumping into the cool ocean to cool down my hot body...but the waves are too high for me and I wasn't thinking when I baked out there with no relief in sight.  Dumb.  Felt like I was having a heart attack.  Good to know and learn from!
