Monday Labor Day!

We've been here over 6 weeks now, time is flying by.  We were able to talk with almost all our kids this weekend,  trying to reach everyone is fun when everyone is going elsewhere and so busy.  But we had good visits with most.  We had a quiet day with Elder Sanft helping Dave with beams or roofing or something until the rains came and went.  When they went, we went into Laie to buy milk and Pepsi, the essentials and we were out.  We stopped and asked Ramon's cousin and her husband to come to dinner Friday.

Then at 8:00 we ran over to Kahuku for FHE with our YSA kids.  These are fast becoming MY kids.  I love them so much....and they don't seem to make me feel like they think I'm old, they are so nice. They played Musical Chairs Scripture Chase Dodgeball! All in one game, you sit in a circle, the leader asked you a scripture question you probably have to look up, then the leader plays music, for the musical chairs, then if you are the out guy you have to run between shooters who are throwing toilet paper rolls at you.  If you are hit you are really out, if you had answered the scripture question you got an extra life...Whew, it was wild.  I took fun pictures.  I wish all youth could be as enthusiastic as these guys.  Always, after, we circle round and each of us tells of a spiritual experience we had since last week or how we can relate this game to Christ.  They are very creative and deep thinkers.  Pictures below.  We have a YSA Facebook page that I am now going to contribute to, my new job!
