Wednesday

Another day of preparing for the worst.  We did manage to visit two families and take cookies.  Later in the afternoon Elder Sanft helped one family with clear out their ditch for a couple of hours and came back totally muddy.  The TV news has moved us up to the worst possible, air raid warnings go off on my phone and it's kind of scary.  We are told to "shelter in place."  I did do laundry incase we are without power but I think Dave has that taken care of.  President Hippolite called to see if we were okay, and President Fullmer said he'd come in his truck to haul us up the hill if we called. But I think we are fine.  We have plenty of food, water and clothes.

Alma 26:6
“Yea, they shall not be beaten down by the storm at the last day; yea, neither shall they be harrowed up by the whirlwinds; but when the storm cometh they shall gather together in their place, that the storm cannot penetrate to them; yea, neither shall they be driven with fierce winds whithersoever the enemy listeth to carry them.”
